9th Giorgio Rota Best Paper Award

The Centro Einaudi with the support of Fondazione CRT launches the 9th Giorgio Rota Best Paper Award. Young researchers are invited to submit papers on the subject: Main economic tendencies in the contemporary world economy.
The deadline for the submission of abstracts and papers is extended to Monday 22nd March, 2021 h 11 p.m.. The selected papers will be announced by April 22.

8th «Giorgio Rota» Best Paper Award. The Conference

The winners of the 8th «Giorgio Rota» Best Paper Award, on "Digital transformation: analysis of economic impact and potential" presented their work at the Giorgio Rota Conference, held on May, 11 at 2.30-4.30 p.m. via Zoom Webinar. Here the video of the Conference

The award-winning papers will be published by the Centro Einaudi in an ISBN e-book "Quaderni del Premio Giorgio Rota" in Autumn, 2020.

Antonio Aloisi, Assistant Professor of Labour Law at IE Law School - IE, who wins a prize of 1,500 Euros (gross) with the paper: Hierarchies without firms? Vertical disintegration, personal outsourcing and the nature of the platform. Slides

Moreno Frau, University of Cagliari, Department of Economics and Business, who wins a prize of 1,500 Euros (gross) with the paper: Digital Transformation behaviors in the agri-food context: an exploratory analysis. Slides

The winners of the 7th Giorgio Rota Best Paper Award presented their work on May 6th 2019 (Program)

Georgios Manalis, European University Institute,Department of Economics: Land rights and risk-sharing in rural West Africa;

Stefano Menegat, Ph.D. Candidate-Department of Natural Resource Sciences, McGill University (Montreal): Alternative Food Networks: Growing Nichesor Paradigm Shift? Exploring the Case of U.S.Farmers’ Markets Througha System Dynamics Approach.

The award-winning papers have been published by the Centro Einaudi in an ISBN e-book “Quaderni del Premio Giorgio Rota”.
